Moreover, many harmful diseases had cropped up in the youth and young children with the overconsumption of such unhealthy food items. We often forget to include important food items like nuts, whole grains, and green leafy vegetables in our diet. A vegetarian diet chart includes milk, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains whereas a non-vegetarian diet is inclusive of eggs and lean meat along with the vegetarian diet.
